The "Haves" are already paying for low-tech environments, deep-reading tutors, and friction (Montessori logic). The "Have-nots" are being raised by algorithms that fry their dopaminergic reward loops. The bifurcation won't be between "Genetically Enhanced" vs. "Legacy." It will be between "Sovereign Operators" (who can hold a thought for 30 minutes) and "Dopamine Recipients" (who cannot function without external stimuli). That gap is widening faster than any genetic engineering could achieve.
