This is cool! The inclusion of z kind of breaks this for my fellow Scandinavians though. Many of us don't really hear the difference between z and s, and even if we do we can't pronounce it properly.
The P/B distinction will be difficult for many people as well.
I believe this is one of the reasons that Toki Pona only has nine consonants (/p, t, k, s, m, n, l, j, w/) and five vowels (/a, e, i, o, u/).
Somme kind of error correcting would be nice too, perhaps?
As a non-native English-speaker, I would say that the `v`/`w` pronunciation distinction would be a major challenge: Asking someone to pronounce "Darth Vader" is a pretty good check, at least in the Nordics.
this is not memorable.. It could use another pass to handle repeatings words like K8s, or .. some set rhythm patters that help you chunk and remember the overall count .. Baba-BAba-baba, Baba-BAba-baba or something ..

How do you usually remember uuids or hashes if you have to?
Many people basically just read the start and the end and compare that, given the huge collision space.
I find 51ac0759fc4d far less memorable than kalo-tadu-komu-tigi. Also if I had to tell one of those over the telephone to my parents and my life depended on it I would choose the latter.

Why not adopt the crypto (as in coins) seed thing with random words? Those are much more human readable, imo than "bubu bibi baba".
