Just thinking about not sleeping makes me feel tired. I've also recently seen the X-Files episode about the (ex-) soldiers that haven't slept for 20-odd years.
But, getting stuff done, shit yeah! I'm a night owl because I want to get things done, which leads me to doing things too late into the night.
Living forever, also yes. The little glint of doubt is the requirement of suicide if you've lived 'enough'. Plus all the downsides of the accumulation of wealth and power that only death seems to be able to put a stop to for individuals at least.
For my entire life, I've wished that sleeping and eating were optional recreational activities.

If sleeping in this hypothetical does absolutely nothing for you biologically/psychologically, then yes.
I only value it so much because of how I feel when I'm well-rested.
Probably better than to quit waking up.
No because it's the only relief I get from a life of pain and suffering
