- Electrical engineer and programmer from Hungary, living in a small village.
I like taking things apart to understand them, then building something better on top. Over the years: websites, native mobile apps on every platform, backends, industrial systems. I call it "whole stack": from transistors through clusters to mobile.
Some things I've done: - Reverse-engineered the PS4 Remote Play protocol to turn a phone into a controller (worked, never shipped). - My car runs openpilot, wired to the head unit's map so it slows down for speed limit signs, and CarPlay shows turn-by-turn on the cluster. - Custom C64 KERNAL with 3 fastloader modes, and a BASIC extension that adds syntax highlighting to LIST without losing anything from the original ROM.
Building now: - PyneCore: open-source Python runtime that behaves like TradingView's Pine Script, tested against TradingView's own output. - PyneComp (Pine to readable Python compiler) and PyneIDE (VS Code extension with a Pine/Python debugger). - PyCo: a Python-like language that compiles for the C64. The spec is public, and I wrote SlotShot in it. - anyPWA: a native iOS PWA app, opens websites fullscreen with ad blocking (works with YouTube, Spotify, e.g. without ad)
